Additive-Free Japanese Curry Furikake

This is a mild Japanese-style curry furikake, not a spicy curry flavor. Inspired by soba shop curry and curry udon, it features a gentle, comforting taste with savory dashi, subtle sweetness, and a light curry aroma.

The blend contains a generous amount of oboro kombu made from Hokkaido kelp, along with flavorful bonito flakes and white sesame seeds for rich umami. To highlight the natural sweetness of curry-style vegetables, 100% Hokkaido vegetable flakes (potato and corn) are added in abundance.

The curry spice level is kept low so that even children can enjoy it. Thanks to the corn flakes, the furikake has a soft yellow color without any added coloring. Many children, including preschoolers, have found it “not spicy and delicious.”
