Because the food and drink products we curate are perishable and sometimes have short shelf lives, all items purchased through oritachaten.com are final and non-returnable.

However, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, so if you encounter any issues with damaged items in your box, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

We currently ship to the United States, Australia, Hong Kong, Canada, and Singapore, and we’re working to expand to more countries in the future.

Free shipping is available on orders over the following amounts:

  • United States: $99 USD
  • Australia: $155 AUD
  • Hong Kong: $800 HKD
  • Canada: $140 CAD
  • Singapore: $130 SGD

Orders below these amounts will have shipping fees calculated at checkout.
