- All prices are displayed in the currency of the selected region and are exclusive of shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Accepted payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB), Shop Pay, or any method displayed at checkout.
- Payment is captured at the time you place the order.
4. Shipping
1. Destinations – We currently ship to the United States, Australia, Hong Kong, Canada, and Singapore.
2. Dispatch time – Orders ship within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed, unless otherwise noted.
3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping – Free shipping is available on orders over:
United States: $99 USD
Australia: $150 AUD
Hong Kong: $800 HKD
Canada: $140 CAD
Singapore: $130 SGD
Orders below these amounts will have shipping fees calculated at checkout.
4. Customs Duties – Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees levied by your country’s customs authority are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Because the food and beverage products we curate are perishable and sometimes have short shelf lives, all items purchased through oritachaten.com are final and non-returnable.
However, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, so if you encounter any issues with damaged items in your box, please contact us for assistance.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any law or regulation;
- Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- Upload malware, spam, or any harmful code;
- Interfere with the security or functioning of the Service;
