About Horinishi

Outdoor Spice Hori-nishi was created by Horinishi, manager of Outdoor Shop Orange in Katsuragi, Wakayama, out of a desire to eliminate the hassle of carrying multiple spices while camping or enjoying the outdoors.
The goal was to create a single, all-purpose spice that pairs well with any ingredient.

Originally developed with meat dishes in mind, the final blend was carefully refined to complement fish and vegetables as well.
Ideal for camping and BBQs, it is also versatile enough for everyday home cooking, including grilling, stir-fries, and even as a subtle seasoning for salads.
