This refreshing blend begins with first-harvest tea leaves, gently blanched in hot water to reduce caffeine while preserving their natural sweetness. To this, we add whole dried yuzu—peel and pulp—from Shizuoka, bursting with juicy citrus flavor, along with lemongrass that has been pressure-dried to lock in its fresh, vibrant aroma.
