The entire team works together to produce every batch by hand, and each release is eagerly awaited by loyal customers. Because it is made in limited quantities using fresh seasonal ingredients, it often sells out soon after it becomes available.

Only carefully selected ingredients from Kyushu are used: aromatic yuzu peel, fresh green chili peppers, and salt. The result is a beautifully balanced seasoning with a refreshing citrus fragrance, pleasant heat, and deep umami flavor.

In Kyushu, Yuzu Kosho is much more than a condiment—it's part of everyday cooking. Enjoy it with sashimi, grilled meats, noodles, hot pot, miso soup, dumplings, or simply stir a small spoonful into mayonnaise or dressings for an extra burst of flavor.
