Kyō-Kara Shichimi – Intense Heat with Full Flavor.

This Kyoto-style Shichimi Togarashi delivers not only the fiery heat of domestically grown habanero chili peppers, but also the sharp, tingling accent of Japanese pepper (sansho) for a uniquely Kyoto flavor.

Fragrant sansho, aromatic yuzu, and other carefully selected spices from across Japan are lavishly blended to create a “Kyō-Kara” spice mix that is intensely hot yet beautifully aromatic, adding color and depth to any dish with just a pinch.

To preserve its freshly opened flavor, be sure to close the shaker lid tightly and, after use, store the can in the refrigerator whenever possible.

Sesame

Store in a cool, dry place away from high temperature and humidity. After opening, consume as soon as possible.
To prevent loss of flavor due to moisture absorption or discoloration, as well as insect damage, it is recommended to store in the refrigerator after opening.
